How to apply for a 190 Visa?
To apply for the Subclass 190 visa, first, confirm your skilled occupation is on the relevant list and that you meet all visa eligibility criteria. Obtain a positive skills assessment. Then, submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) via SkillSelect, explicitly seeking state or territory nomination. Once nominated by a state/territory and invited by the Department of Home Affairs, you can then lodge your full visa application. After processing, if approved, you can migrate permanently to Australia.
Want to Stay Longer?
There's no need to apply for an extension—the Subclass 190 visa is a permanent visa, allowing you to stay in Australia indefinitely.
However, it includes a 5-year travel facility, which allows you to leave and re-enter Australia during that period.
